Sailor Moon Characters Get Re-Designed Into Pop Diva Singers and Rococo Stars, and They're Both Seriously Spectacular
This artist and illustrator has impressive professional experience in the animation industry, and we're here gushing over her Sailor Moon fan art.
Aimee Steinberger turned Sailor Moon fan art into something bold, glossy, and impossible to scroll past. The animation storyboard artist, who works at Warner Bros., reimagined the Sailor Senshi as pop diva singers and then gave them a second life in a Rococo-inspired series.
The result is a pair of dazzling collections that mix anime nostalgia with fashion, drama, and a lot of color. One leans into stage-ready glamour, while the other dresses the characters in ornate historical style, and both versions feel completely in tune with the Sailor Moon universe.
First up is the Pop Idol collection, and the Rococo designs are just as striking.
