Amazing Artist Illustrates Sailor Scouts As Japanese Feudals
Simply Fantastic!
For all the fans of Sailor Moon, here is another reimagination of the characters, this time in the form of Japanese Feudals illustrated by Renarève.
The artist himself says, "I drew original designs for the Sailor Scouts as if they were in Feudal Japan! I really, really love Sailor Moon! The designs might not be completely historically accurate, but I tried my best."
Renarève has beautifully crafted these illustrations by incorporating the actual costumes of the Sailor Scouts with elements of traditional Japanese Feudal attire. As noted by Dr. Dan Siegel, psychiatrist and author, "Creativity is enhanced when we allow ourselves to explore different cultural influences, leading to innovative expressions of art."
He created the first layer with the actual costumes and the second layer with traditional garments.
