Woman Tweets About Her Perfect Mornings With Her Husband, People Online Call Her Out For Bragging
"My husband and I wake up every morning, bring our coffee out to our garden, and sit and talk for hours."
Daisey Miller thought she was sharing a sweet glimpse of married life, but the internet had other plans. A simple tweet about her mornings with her husband, Matt Beaton, quickly turned into a pile-on from strangers who saw bragging where she saw joy.
The 24-year-old and her 25-year-old husband have built a regenerative garden in their yard, and it has become their favorite place to unwind before work. Coffee, breakfast, yoga, and a peaceful routine sounded lovely to plenty of people, but not everyone online took it that way.
Then the comments started rolling in, and the tone shifted fast. Here's how a happy morning post turned into a debate about envy, privilege, and what people think they are really seeing.
These are Daisey and her husband, Matt.

That sweet post did not stay sweet for long.
But it drew not-so-positive comments:

"You should be mindful next time before bragging about your picture-perfect life..."
twitter
"For hours?"

Some people clearly decided the tweet was about showing off.
This also echoes the drama in the AITA about adopting a pet that triggered her husband’s severe allergies.
Many people accused her of bragging:

"Eat the rich"

Not everyone jumped in to criticize her, though.
Finally, a normal comment:

She explained it:

They also have a cat.
“We’ve worked extremely hard to get to where we’re at. We live very minimally and consciously, and we work jobs that match our lifestyle and allow us to live the life we do.
I thought the backlash was so silly! I never thought someone could take what I said and turn it into something negative.
Thankfully, the negative comments quickly got drowned out by so many positive and kind comments,” said Daisey.

If someone is disappointed with their own life, they'll make it all about them. Just like in this case, many people were disturbed by someone else's content life.
Luckily, if an individual is unhappy, it does not mean that everyone around them must be unhappy too. She is not at fault if someone else is sad or dissatisfied with their life.
She only tweeted how much she appreciates her husband and their peaceful yard. And it was genuinely nice to see.
They should look positively at her tweet and allow themselves to be affected by their love instead of being jealous of her.
Some people really cannot stand a happy morning post.
