People Share Their Experiences With Two-Faced CEOs And They'll Leave Your Blood Boiling

When someone joins a company, it is based solely on promises, and when CEOs break those promises, there is no point in working for that company.

We live in a time when the wealth gap between the rich and the rest of the population is vast. According to the Economic Policy Institute, CEO compensation in 2020 was 351 times that of the average worker, and that's completely ridiculous.

People are fed up with billionaires and other affluent CEOs, which comes as no surprise, as they receive dividends from the profits generated by the company's employees. The disparity is simply excessive.

Bonuses are occasionally given to employees, and that too is based entirely on profitability, which causes employees to suffer as a result. Yes, employees perform better when the firm performs well, but it also means that employees perform worse when the company performs poorly.

Profit-sharing contributes to the development of a culture of ownership, where employees feel like owners when they are recognized and rewarded for their contributions to the company's success. Employees have a greater incentive to boost the company's profitability as owners.

Profit-sharing is a wonderful way to attract great employees to your startup or existing firm. It's an incentive program in which employees receive a portion of the company's profits if they reach a specified revenue threshold.

Workers are encouraged to work longer hours and do not require much supervision. They will continue to work regardless of whether someone is around to monitor them. Their primary goal is to increase output, and when they start practicing self-discipline, they need less supervision.

People flocked to the tweet by economic journalist Patrick W. Watson, who called out the hypocrisy.

These are some of the most insane examples where CEOs do not care about their employees and don't give them a raise despite making record-breaking profits. They keep all the money to themselves, and their hardworking staff doesn't get a true piece of the profit pie.
