Vegan Activist Group Break Into Farm, Owner Calls Them Out Big Time

A farm protest in Victoria, Australia, turned into a major legal mess after dozens of vegan activists tried to take animals from the property. What started as a political stunt quickly became a criminal case, with police arrests, court hearings, and a farmer left feeling like he had been abandoned by the people meant to back him up.
The owner says about 70 protesters stormed the café and farm, and video footage helped lead to six arrests. Even after that, the outcome in court and the lack of support from union and government representatives only made the situation more frustrating.
Now the farmer is still dealing with the fallout, and plenty of people are asking whether justice was really served.
He explains in full the event that occurred and then goes into detail about their sentencing.

It gets worse.

Neither did he receive any compensation nor any support.
It is pretty horrible for the farmer. Do you think he was mistreated? Should changes be made to the law to protect these farmers? Or are the vegan protesters in the right?
The whole thing left the farmer with more questions than answers.
An immediate and effective response from the police was the only positive aspect of this whole ordeal.
But despite everything, justice was not served.
Was he wronged, or was this just the cost of a protest gone too far?
