The artist paints amusing comments on used porcelain plates to give them new life.

Plates are usually the last thing anyone expects to be funny, but Kamila Majcher found a way to turn old porcelain into something people actually want to stare at. Her work mixes polished vintage style with cheeky little messages, and the result is equal parts classy and sassy.

The artist expresses that sometimes she knows the story she wants to convey with a plate as soon as she sees it. Kamila has a profound appreciation for valuable objects, as she collects glass and porcelain, but she would never incorporate them into her artwork. She respects these items and aims to enhance them. Every plate she utilizes is a mass-produced item devoid of artistic value.
