AITA for Calling Out Flirting in Friend Group?

There are friend groups where everyone plays it cool, and then there are friend groups where one comment can turn the whole hangout into an awkward silence speedrun. This story is exactly that.

OP, 18F, has liked Martin since high school, but lately Mia, 19F, has been getting closer with him. During a group hangout with Leah, 18F, and the two guys, Martin and James, Mia started flirting with Martin in a way OP felt was painfully obvious, so OP called it out with the “you’re so desperate for his attention” line.

Now the question is whether OP was telling the truth, or just lighting the group dynamic on fire.

Okay so I‘m in a friendgroup of 5 people. Me 18F, Mia 19F, Leah 18F, Martin 19M and James 19M.

(fake names) The girls know that I‘ve sorta liked Martin since highschool but recently Mia has been getting closer with Martin. Today we were hanging out as a group and Mia was flirting with Martin and it was obvious that she was desperate for his attention so I called her out on it and I said something like "Wow you‘re so desperate for his attention".

After that it was just an awkward silence and she left. But I was just saying what everyone was thinking so reddit, AITA.
