People Share Their Awkward Sibling Photos Online, and Oh Boy, Do They Bring Back Memories
There's nothing like having terrible pictures of your siblings to embarrass them on Facebook on their birthdays!
Sibling photos are supposed to be sweet keepsakes, but they often end up looking awkward, chaotic, or just plain funny. That is exactly why people keep sharing their old family portraits online, especially the ones where nobody seems fully ready for the camera.
In this collection, the photos range from stiff studio poses to bizarre costumes and completely unhinged expressions. Some are charming in a painfully relatable way, while others look like the siblings were one second away from causing trouble.
Either way, these awkward shots are pure nostalgia. Read on.

"Background story: We were three; my mother and grandmother left us with my dad and grandpa, who were pouring concrete in the backyard. We were getting into everything, so this was their method of keeping us out of the wet concrete. According to my father, there were toys in the cardboard box. My mom was not very happy when she came back, but I thank her for taking a picture of it."That family workaround is equal parts practical and hilarious.
No achievement too small...
