Artist Creates Wonderful Digital Drawings of 8 Disney Princesses
"The process makes me feel like a child again."
Marika Boniuk, an artist from Poland, has turned Disney princesses into something far more vivid than the versions most people remember. Her digital drawings stand out for their rich blending, dramatic lighting, and almost three-dimensional look.
She also uses a custom brush set she made herself, which helps give each portrait its glowing, polished finish. The result is a colorful take on familiar characters, and the eight illustrations below show exactly why her work keeps getting attention.
From Ariel to Snow White, each princess looks a little different in Marika's hands.

“I was super sick and confined to my bed when I came across a screenshot from Snow White. I spent about three to four days rewatching some of the old Disney movies. It made me feel so nostalgic that I decided to draw one princess to share that feeling. Then I painted another and another. The process makes me feel like a child again,” Marika says.
It’s like the tiny everyday surprises that turn normal life into something totally unexpected.
