Some co-workers are never really your friends

A Taco Bell employee says a coworker’s complaint cost her the job after she posted TikTok dance videos at work. An employee of Taco Bell claims she was let go after a coworker complained about her for making dance videos for TikTok while she was at work. She revealed why she lost her Taco Bell job in a follow-up video to one of her dance videos.

She also claims in the video that other employees were making TikToks while on the job, but only she was fired as a result. The currently popular video can be seen here.

Apparently, some people who saw the video were torn as they couldn't decide if the TikToker deserved to be fired from her job. On the other hand, some commenters disagreed.

“I just watched a few of your videos! You weren’t harming anything; you were just having fun,” one viewer said. Another person left a comment saying, "A lot of coworkers are never truly your friends."

A third commenter chimed in, saying, "Find another job and learn from this experience." TikToker Destiny claims in a subsequent video that she learned who had complained about her to her supervisors.

And it gets messy fast when coworkers take credit for your recipes, not just your hours on the clock.

The majority of viewers backed Destiny, urging her to name-call the person who had reported her. "FINISH THEM!! We don’t like snitches," someone said. But apparently, the comment has been deleted.

Now everyone is debating whether the coworker crossed a line.

After a coworker reported her dance TikToks at Taco Bell, should you fire someone like the potluck saboteur who messed up the vegan dish?
