Two Boys Playing Found A Terrifying Hidden Room That Unveiled Something Wild

People often think they are safe in their homes, but when it comes to certain situations, we've found that not everything we know about our homes is true. With this being said, in older homes, there are sometimes hidden rooms, and this is something that many people might look for when purchasing an older home.

However, in this case, I guess they didn't do that because these two boys found the room while they were playing. These boys were playing in their parents' room when they accidentally opened up this hidden door that they didn't even know was there.

Now, this would scare half of us just like this, but finding out what they saw afterward would give anyone nightmares. They continued down into the hidden room, where they made a shocking discovery.

This bookshelf is exactly where the hidden room was, and it's actually a common place for hidden doors to be put.

This is how the door looks whenever it is opened, and the doorway to the room is revealed.

Upon looking behind the opening, they found that there was a circular staircase that led down.

It seemed like the staircase led to nowhere, but in reality, there was a crawlspace about halfway down.

This is apparently where someone was living, either while they lived in the home or maybe before they moved in.

This image here shows the things they found when they looked further, and it seems like someone was definitely sleeping down there, which is absolutely just scary in itself.

There were small trinkets and just small decor pieces, such as this little elephant down there.

They also found a small key that they have no idea where it goes to, but it goes to something.

Of course, we had to show off some creepy dolls they found as well in there because you can't have a secret hidden space without some creepy dolls.

The black soulless eyes are what gets me because they are truly just exactly what this creepy story needed, honestly.

Knowing that someone may have been living there without your knowledge, right in the same house as your children, is so scary. It's definitely one thing to find a hidden room, but finding a room that looks like someone has been staying in is like another fear unlocked.
