A good customer relationship entails welcoming customers and attending to them in a manner that is natural and fits the particular circumstance. It also includes showing customers that you understand their needs.
You acknowledge that certain individuals will not need your products, and you focus on building good relationships with those who do. Come on, who doesn’t want good customer service? You get to work, and you’re served very well and all that.
But then again, it's odd to see a worker too cheerful and enthusiastic at work, since we both know you’re not that eager to be working! Cut that enthusiasm by around half, and we will both be in a better situation.
You know that feeling of getting up from sleep and realizing that it is Monday? One fun fact about working life is that Monday is the most well-known sick day. Yup! That is the sort of vibe that Monday brings.
So it's kind of abnormal to see a worker giggling and overly excited about working. There’s no chance you’re getting adequately compensated to wipe down tables with a decent attitude.
