People Hating on Cute Photo of Father & Son Are Shot Down for Being Petty

We live in a very strange world. It's a world where we expect men to be soft, gentle, and kind (which is completely fair), but we also expect them to have no emotions, not to cry, not to have fears or failings, and apparently, not to hug their dads!

When Eric Owens posted a collage of photos of him hugging his son throughout his son's childhood and now late-teen/adult life, trolls came out of the woodwork to express their disapproval. Thankfully, many, many, MANY other people on the internet came to Owen's defense and said that we should be encouraging emotion in boys and men rather than convincing them that showing familial affection is something to be ashamed of.
