A cartoonist and video game tester named Matthew J. Wills has created a series of comics titled "STARS." Matthew has been working on a webcomic called "Swords" for about four years and thought it was the perfect opportunity for a little break.
He has also been watching Star Trek: The Next Generation and chose to utilize the comic book to its fullest potential by exploring a unique type of strange alien lifeform. This artist, who hails from Wellington, New Zealand, has crafted his comics about humans and aliens discovering what each other needs as they prepare for an adventure across the stars.
Stars is set onboard a spaceship filled with a diverse array of alien creatures. The primary character is responsible for managing interspecies resources, so it is his mission to ensure that everyone on the ship has what they need to succeed.
Keeping the corridors of this starship busy and vibrant are space werewolves, alien chickens, and mischievous Roombas. Matthew states that he has always wanted to be a comic artist since childhood, as he enjoys "building worlds and telling stories within them."
