Husband Keeps Using Family Cups As Snot Containers And Sparks A Household Meltdown
What do you do when your spouse uses cups as tissues?
About a year ago, this woman thought she had seen the worst. Her husband had been sick and, instead of using tissues or even a trash can, he chose one of their kids’ Easter baskets to spit snot into.
Not only that, he tucked it under their bed and forgot it for a week. She discovered it, gagged on sight, threw it away immediately, and told him it was disgusting. To her surprise, he got mad and called her an a**hole, insisting the basket was washable, like that made it okay.
Fast-forward to now. She walks into the bedroom and spots a cup on his nightstand. Something about it feels off. She asks if he spat snot into it, and he casually says yes, like this is totally normal behavior. She barely makes it out of the room before gagging again.
She texts him because she literally can’t talk about it without retching. She tells him that using cups for snot is nasty, she doesn’t ever want to drink from a cup he’s done that with, and she plans to replace all their cups and buy him his own bottle.
