This Woman Got A Text From A Man She Met Once But Never Gave Her Number To And It Is Creepy
Another day, another creepy story about a man who doesn't respect boundaries.
One train ride turned into a creepy follow-up that Lynda never saw coming. After chatting briefly with a man on a train in Bromsgrove, England, she later got a text from him, even though she never gave him her number.
She shared the exchange on Twitter, along with screenshots, and the details only got stranger from there. What started as a casual conversation quickly turned into a story about crossed boundaries, unwanted contact, and a man who seemed far too comfortable tracking her down.
By the time people saw the messages, the whole thing had already gone from awkward to unsettling.
Lynda tweeted about the experience and included screenshots of the messages.
"So I briefly spoke to someone on the train last week; we didn’t even exchange socials or anything, and today he messaged me 😢 Am I overreacting by being creeped out? Because what on earth? 🤷♀️"According to Dr. Terri Orbuch, a relationship researcher and author, "Unsolicited messages from someone you barely know can feel invasive and unsettling." It's important to trust your instincts in such situations, as they often reflect your personal boundaries and comfort levels.

This is similar to a roommate using your dating profile without permission, then asking you to cover her rent.
And tries to force a date on her??

Not gonna lie, a grown-up Dan Humphrey, AKA Joe in "You," popped into my head as soon as I heard this.
It's actually a super creepy thing to happen.
I hope the guy deletes her number and doesn't harass anyone else!
