Man Cuts Off His Mom After She Abandoned His Kids While Babysitting

A Reddit user has shared a sad story of her husband severing all contact with his mother, and the post has since gone viral due to the nature of the incident.

According to the post made by u/Sstrawberies, her mother-in-law agreed to babysit their kids for a few hours, only for them to return and find out that she was nowhere to be found.

My husband and I were gone for two hours. When we got home, we found my friend in the living room with the kids. She told us that my mother-in-law showed up at her door the moment we left, half an hour after we departed, and asked our friend to watch over the kids because she had been unexpectedly called into work, the Redditor explained.

What made this more interesting was that the Redditor claimed her mother-in-law has no job, so why would she just decide to leave her grandkids in someone else's care without even notifying their parents?
