These People Were Asked the Reason They Realized Their Job Sucked and Made Them Quit
What would be the last straw at your place of work?
Sometimes, you are hit with a massive realization; it washes completely over you, and it is utterly overpowering. That is the moment you become aware that your job sucks and that you need to quit. Now, you may be thinking, “Yeah, my job sucks, and I want to quit,” and it is highly likely that your job does suck, that you are being exploited, and that you deserve better—but that is not quite what we are talking about.
The moment we are referencing here is when your job becomes so unbearable, you have been treated so badly, and you simply can’t take it anymore—and you likely just quit right then on the spot. It is often unplanned and happens on the spur of the moment, but you just can’t do it anymore, and it's always the right call in these circumstances.
These are the stories of people who had such a bad experience in a job that they couldn’t handle it anymore; they said, “F*ck it,” and quit on impulse—but it was probably the best thing for them. Sadly, there are so many people who are forced to work jobs like these and are usually severely underpaid for doing so—check out their stories below.

Some of these stories are quite confronting reads, and they make you realize how power corrupts people, turning them into terrible bosses who treat others like dirt just because they can. As Dr. John Gottman, a renowned marriage researcher, states, "The way we treat others reflects our own self-worth." These individuals are some of the worst, and unfortunately, they continue to get away with it—but the more of us who stand up and refuse to be exploited, the less power they will have.
