Employers Share What Had Them Straight Up Rejecting Candidates In Job Interviews
While some people do their best to prepare for everything in an interview, others couldn't care less and end up getting rejected right off the bat.
We all know that applying for a job can be a nerve-racking experience. Just thinking about that interview and all those scrutinizing gazes from your interviewers can make one cringe.
Have you ever wondered about the other side of the equation—the interviewers? We’re pretty sure they have as many interesting stories to tell as interviewees, especially with all the kinds of people they meet every day yearning for the positions they’re offering.
For instance, haven’t you wondered what things a candidate did that immediately made them think, “Yep, this is the right person, alright,” or, in the opposite case, “Big nope. This person would be the death of us all”? Isn’t it interesting?
See, while most of us prepare everything we want to say in an interview to make the best impression, some people just couldn’t care less. The best people to share those horror stories are the employers themselves.
From applicants texting throughout the entire interview like spoiled brats to one of them asking if the staff is single, there is a gamut of things that range from funny to shocking that employers have to witness in their search for the right candidate. Here are some of the worst experiences employers have had to deal with.
Keep in mind, these are just a few

Sometimes, we think these interviewers are the villains, but seriously, many of these interviewees make us feel bad for their interviewers. Just imagine having to deal with those kinds of people, right?
Dealing with normal people on an everyday basis can already take its toll on most of us. Now, imagine dealing with all the kinds of crazy these interviewers have had to face. Yikes!
