This School From Texas Teaches Their Students To Never Believe In Science And People On The Internet Are Outraged

Apparently, everything about science is a hoax for them.

A Texas school project has people online shaking their heads, and the reason is not hard to see. A father shared a photo of what his daughter brought home, and the message on it seemed to dismiss science outright.

The story sits right at the messy intersection of religion, education, and what schools choose to teach children. While many religious schools still include science in the classroom, this one appears to have taken a very different approach, and Reddit users were not impressed.

The photo sparked a wave of disbelief, and the comments only made the reaction louder. Here is the full story.

Believing that a powerful entity truly created our universe is one thing, but enforcing children to believe that science is not real at all with these kinds of texts sure sounds like a cult in the making.

This is the same kind of argument as the mother-in-law pushing a private school, and the parent setting boundaries anyway.

Most Christian/Catholic schools separate religion and science into two subjects, incorporating discussions that could help students develop their critical thinking skills while living in a world where groups of people believe in one of them or both. Students should have the free will to choose what they believe in, and not simply because these brainwashing schools told them to do so.
