21 Pictures Of Your Favorite Movie And TV Characters Who Are Actually Toxic
Your favorite movie character might just be toxic, so perhaps you should reconsider your allegiance as a fan.
Everyone who sits down to watch a movie wants to enjoy it. I, for one, would love a good, ethically ambiguous character in a film, and you might appreciate a narrator who tries to make you fall head over heels for someone who is, objectively, a horrendous person, much like certain movie characters.
It's an immense challenge and a significant risk, but when it conveys the intended message, it becomes a success. We have seen some of the most notorious characters, if not all, such as Tony Soprano, Humbert, Walter White, Harley Quinn, and others.
It is captivating to see how individuals will literally twist themselves to enjoy characters who are objectively terrible. We simply can’t help but fall passionately for them, regardless of our own reservations.
I suppose this is why a Redditor by the name of u/TourSignificant1335 chose to pose a question to the Reddit community: What fictional character should people really stop glorifying? As you can already tell, individuals on Reddit took that thought, digested it, and delivered astounding responses.
Below, you’ll see a few of their comments, so keep scrolling and enjoy the ride.
