Ticket availability is shrinking for 2026

The hard-ticket event returns for 38 nights this year, the same total as last year, and runs through October 31, 2026. Party offerings again include the parade, fireworks, the Hocus Pocus stage show, and other event entertainment.

Ticket prices remain in the same overall range as last year at $119 to $229, but the lowest-priced dates have already disappeared. The cheapest remaining admission is now $149. October 31 was the first night to sell out, and it was gone before 9 a.m. on May 12, the day tickets opened to the general public. That was even faster than last year, when Halloween night sold out around noon on the first day of public sales.

The next dates to go were August 11 and August 14, which were the only two $119 nights on the calendar. Both sold out in late June and early July. Since then, more early dates and nights near fall break periods have also filled up. One late August party, August 25, did not sell out until August 24, while August 30 and September 1 were still available as of August 28.

Late September still had some room at the time of the update, including September 22 for $169, September 24 for $174, and September 25, 27, and 29 for $179.

What has changed at this year’s party

For guests wondering whether 2026 brings a major overhaul, the short answer is no. This year’s Mickey’s Not So Scary Halloween Party is largely in line with last year’s version, with only a handful of smaller additions and tweaks rather than major new headliners.

Among the new offerings are Stitch’s Masquerade Mashup and Captain Jack’s Buccaneer Bash. The party also has smaller touches around the park. The bypass corridor used when entering Magic Kingdom now includes Haunted Mansion themed atmospheric entertainment. The treat trail at Diamond Horseshoe now features the Hitchhiking Ghosts. Some character greetings have changed as well, including Chip ‘n’ Dale appearing as bats outside Tiana’s Bayou Adventure.

Recent sellout timing suggests that waiting much longer could be risky for anyone hoping to attend. In 2025 and 2024, the full season sold out by September 24, and in 2023 every date was gone by September 30. Based on the current pace, late September looks like the window when 2026 could also fully sell out, with little reason to expect many dates to remain once October begins.
