Facebook Seller Trolls Entitled Cheapskate and Drives Her Mad
It is simply amazing to see how self-absorbed people can be.
Facebook Marketplace can turn a simple clothing sale into a full-blown headache fast. One seller learned that the hard way after a buyer tried to lock down a bundle of Victoria's Secret clothes for almost nothing, then asked for extra favors on top of it.
The buyer wanted the items held for a week, claimed she did not have the money, and then admitted she did have it, she just wanted to spend it on a night out instead. From there, the conversation only got more ridiculous as the seller kept pushing back and the buyer kept raising the stakes.
By the end, the whole exchange had turned into a messy mix of entitlement, threats, and pure trolling. Read on.
1. Can you hold the clothes for me? I have the money, but I want to spend it on a night out in town...
SuperSunshineRainbow2. But you can deliver the clothes to me... And I want the whole bundle for $5
SuperSunshineRainbow3. Sure, no problem. I will even throw in a bonus
SuperSunshineRainbow
The seller decides to play along.
4. Free clothes!
SuperSunshineRainbow
5. Tyler is very excited!
SuperSunshineRainbow
6. What does Tyler want?
SuperSunshineRainbow
That is when the conversation starts to spiral.
7. Okay, the show is over...
SuperSunshineRainbow
8. Bad rating coming up...
SuperSunshineRainbow
9. Someone mentioned a lawsuit? Over five pieces of clothing?
SuperSunshineRainbow
10. Call the police! This is against the law!
SuperSunshineRainbow
11. This is a disgrace. She is right about that...
SuperSunshineRainbow
The buyer keeps escalating things for no reason.
It’s giving the same “split the rent or else” fight as a friend who spent their rent share on designer clothes.
12. It is amazing to see what conclusions this entitled cheapskate draws....
SuperSunshineRainbow
13. You want to fight - we will fight
SuperSunshineRainbow
14. It is about to get real. Surreal....
SuperSunshineRainbow
15. This is your last chance to give me clothing!
SuperSunshineRainbow
16. So many things ruined...
SuperSunshineRainbow
17. This violates HIPAA!
SuperSunshineRainbow
18. The seller is surprised by how resolved the "buyer" is
SuperSunshineRainbow
19. The seller thinks this was a trolling attempt all along. Still can’t believe the whole thing.
SuperSunshineRainbow
At this point, it feels less like a sale and more like a performance.
20. The "buyer" should definitely work more on her language skills
SuperSunshineRainbow
21. But she chooses to look for a lawyer instead.
SuperSunshineRainbow
22. I also want kittens. Multicolored!
SuperSunshineRainbow
23. Please, don't ever, ever, ever reproduce.
SuperSunshineRainbow
24. Human trafficking lawsuit....
SuperSunshineRainbow
25. It turned political
SuperSunshineRainbow
26. Blocking. Bye bye
SuperSunshineRainbow
27. Wait! Wait! I am not done here!
What would you do in a situation like this? Would you just block the "buyer" or start to troll him or her?
To be honest, we couldn’t figure out if the buyer was also trolling the seller. It was simply unbelievable that anyone could be so entitled and self-absorbed in reality.
But, knowing people and what they are capable of... Unfortunately, the chances that this exchange was real are quite large.
The only way to avoid this kind of situation is not to sell anything anywhere. But we guess that's not an option...

Nobody should have to deal with this over a cheap clothing bundle.
